I'm Rick Owens and RhettRO Creative Design is my business. I'm the owner, designer and the guy you'll be talking to when you hire me to design your website or television commercial.

We are a small design company located in Midland, Texas that services clients from all over the United States with custom professional website design, television commercials, graphics, business cards and billboards.

Our customers love what we do and they love the fact that we are fair, honest and extremely inexpensive. My design pricing is affordable for even the smallest business and I like it that way... I'm here to help the little guy because I'm a little guy too.

I'm asked all of the time how I can offer such "cheap" rates and still deliver awesome designs. The simple answer is overhead... I don't have any! My office is at home, where my family and my heart reside. I have no expenses that have to be shouldered by my clients.

I love what I do and I want to keep doing it for a very long time. When you hire me I'll be here if you ever need anything. This is not my hobby, this is my job. You can shop around but you will not find a designer who can offer you what I can offer you for the rates I charge.

Q. Seriously... Can I really get a custom website on my budget? What's the catch?
A. Yes you can and there is absolutely no catch and nothing hidden.

Q. How do I know that you're not a scam?
A. We can provide you contact with many satisfied clients who would be more than happy to refer us for your website design.

Q. I've already got a website and I just need someone to maintain it for me. Can you do that?
A. Absolutely. While other designers charge by the hour, we offer a yearly plan that provides unlimited site updates for only $300.00 per year.

Q. I want my website to be found in search engines. Can you guarantee this?
A. We will submit your website to all of the major search engines. We can make no guarantees as to how your website will be indexed by the SE provider. While there are firms who make claims that they can get you on the first page, most tactics are not legit and you run the risk of being banned. We will do everything to make your website SE friendly and SEO is built right in.

Q. I have a lot of products and want to sell them online. Can you set me up?
A. We sure can. We can design an easy to use E-Commerce site for you and you'll be selling your products in no time.

Q. Do you charge extra for slide shows or galleries? I have a lot of photos to put up on my site.
A. We do not charge extra for our cool website enhancements. We can get your photos, videos or audio online. We can even include PDF or Word documents, ready to be downloaded.

Q. What do I need to do to get started?
A. Call or E-Mail us and we can get started right away. Most websites can be live within 7 - 10 days. Just pay half of the design fee upfront and the other half when you've approved the work.
